Local – All local orders in Singapore will be shipped via Singpost or courier.

Overseas – International postage will be based on the size and weight of product(s).

Please refer to below for the charges (shipped by Singpost registered mail. Transit time: 6 to 14 business days):

• 500g and below: $21.10
• 1kg and below: $35.10
• 2kg and below: $66.10

For 5kg and below, cost will be $161.00 send via Speedpost priority.

The best way to find out the cost of postage to your country will be to add the items you want to your shopping cart and checkout. Our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost to your country based on your order and address. You can decide at that point whether you would like to proceed with the payment process to complete the order.

For delivery within Singapore, it will usually take 2 to 5 business days upon receiving order.

For international, it will usually take 6 to 14 business days.

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal, PayNow and Internet Banking.

There are no returns or refunds once the product is sold. Unlike other stores, we want to maintain and ensure every customer receives their goods in brand new condition.

Home Hut wants to assure our customers that all our products are brand new and of its original condition during your purchase.

If returns are unpreventable, we will review case by case basis. Do note that there is a return fee involved subject to types of items.

In the event, you received a defective product from us, contact us ASAP via WhatsApp. Take a photo of the defective, and send us within 7 business days from the date of delivery.

We will waive off all the courier fee and ship a replacement to you within 3 business days after we receive the defective product and access the condition of it.
